We Greenland waste Management Enterprises On 18.09.2020 from Kolkata , jangalpur .we have given ( 1 Template & 12 Bolts ) to Gati Kwe for transportation / delivery to Pakur , Ambedkar chowk , Pin -816106.
We have Paid Rs 10,000/- for transportation against the material value Rs 15,930/-.as Gati sales person assured me to deliver with in 4 days .
As our foundation work is going on for installation of chimney we need that particular 1 No. template & 12 bolts for foundation and erection of chimney.
But, due to non delivery of the materials by Gati in time our work has been came to stop & our labours and supervisor are sitting idle and moreover installation of chimney delayed by 15 days till now.

Moreover , This 1 nos Template and 12 nos bolts came from Ahmedabad to our kolkata , Jangalpur godown by Gati only .
Not even today i.e 5.10.2020 our materials has not been delivered , even all the sales person are not giving proper queries.
I am suffering from mental agony , harrasement & financial loss .
CLAIM -Labour Idle charges - 25000/-
Delayed in production loss 15 days - 3,20,000/-
Mental Agony & Harrasment - 1,50,000/-
