broadband connection not provided also installation charge is not return

I gave shifting request 14/04/2016
customer care executive told me we will shift your broadband with in 5 days after 10 days he told it is not possible than airtel sells employee Mr Vinod he said we will provide connection with in three days. He take money from me at 6 apr 2016 but i dont get money return nor broadband connection at present.
