Non Issuance of GST Bill by Hardware Store

I purchased one घंटी वाला चेक वाल्व (एक इंची का
inlet वाला) of Partap Brand from M/s New Super Sanitary & Hardware, B-124 Ganesh Nagar opp Metro Pillar no. 550 Najafgarh road, New Delhi 110018 on 22/06/2022 Wednesday. The owner of the store Mr. Jatin Chug refused to give the GST bill stating that they don't issue bills as they hqve no TIN numbee and they deal in cash only. I stood there for over one hour and observed that no bill was issued by the shop owner. Its clear case of theft of State Revenue. Ive records to prove that i purchased the said item for ₹880/-
Plz take necessary action.
