irst one is about USSD Codes and your Answer was mind blowing seems as if you are not from customer service you are dictating me.You answered me as mentioned below

Do you think I have time to login to your shit apps and your websites to manage my services and check balance.Show me where its written that I CANNOT USE USSD IF I DO NOT OPT FOR IR.You need a serious training .I want to talk to your supervisor.If I cant even use ussd why should I recharge every month when I am in roaming.
I think i cant any more workout with vodafone .So please stop harassing me and answer my second question
WHILE BEING ABROAD HOW CAN I PORT OUT FROM YOUR SERVICES. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BALANCE AFTER I PORT OUT WILL YOU TRANSFER AMOUNT TO NEW SERVICE PROVIDER.
