My kyc is pending for digital signature

This is really pathetic service of Accenture. No one is helping me out. I updated my kyc details on EPFO and it is pending for approval from your end. If I'm contacting HR, they are saying to contact Exit team again that team says to connect different team and this goes on. I really dont know what is going on. Please get my kyc details approved on epfo which is pending from your end.
