GOQii smart vital watch not working & not getting asupport from the company

I have purchased GOQii watch for gifting my wife on her Birthday for Rs 5999, order Id 10014044 dt 5th Sept 2020. Product was working fine for 1.5 years & then started issue of intermittent charging & then stop charging, call center no 18003130390 of the GOQii customer support does not function, advised to lodge through App Support to call back, got call from call centre & advised to charge through LAptop USB port. It is still not working. Need to get the replacement, there is no local service support.
