Apple India iphone in warranty service

From 18 july 2022 I'm heading to Apple Authorised service centre for my iphone 11 back camera problem. In warranty . Service centre replaced back camera module received unit back on 20 july but problem not resolved. Again had word with Apple India support on 000800 040 1966 . Again submitted device on 26 july. Till now iphone is in center. Request Apple India don't waste my time. Give me replacement. Just doing timepass spending my time.
I need replacement.
