I had ordered an Mi 20800 mAh power bank. Payclues.in supplied another unbranded 2800 mAh power bank. They have agreed its a wrong product sent but they have not arranged return even after 6 weeks

    I have ordered a memory card and pen drive from PAYCLUES but power bank is supplied by DELIVERY courier service. I had paid for that. Now unable to contact the sender.Only DELIVERY courier service is replying. This is all due to wrong system of acceptance of packed product. Please help.
