My phone IMEI no 863177033322647 is in Patna service center for last 26 days. Whenever I talk to them about my final phone delivery they give some excuses. My mobile phone is under warranty. It had some touch screen problem. First they delayed delivery of my phone giving reason that required parts is not being supplied to them and it will take some time. On 3rd October 2017 they told me that you will get a new mobile in 5-6 days since required parts are not available with them. Again on 9 October 2017 they further delayed delivery of my phone saying that it may take a month. Further in service center staffs do not talk in a kind way to their customers neither they take serious effort in giving timely delivery of their services.
