1. My employee who was going to take a flight 01/12/21 from Thieuchi airport via Air India Express to Singapore. Went thru alot of hassles which i dun wish to type a whole page here.
2. Called this info number +91 73737 74163 where this man pick up saying he is a Manager ( no name introduce ) when i ask him for his name?
Seriously worse customer setvice ever. I gonna write and have recorded the conversations. Please better educate and go for some coaching courses.
Educate the so called Manager who had no name

Reassure the customer.
Add a little background.
Personalize, where possible.
