Phone Cable complaint to Sony, It is been 3 weeks, and the replacement has not done

I bought a cable for my phone charging, being purchased from a Mobile showroom, It is being under warranty, there was no damage has been made to the product, and it stopped working.

It is been 3 weeks, and the replacement has not done. I keep calling every week to get notified, but the service center kept informing - they reported to the authority
