Dear Sir/Madam

Since the Customer Care Toll free of Videocon LED TV is not working, I sent e-mail messages thrice w.e.f. 08.08.2019 as of today regarding picture problem in the TV, but till date no response is received from them.

Will you please take up the matter for resolving this issue at the earliest.
