They have not listened to the matter and were busy in other topic n not attached the protection plan. We went specially for the protection plan to the Sangeetha mobiles but they have not attached protection plan but they have done interest plan which we didn't wanted much. They don't have customer's response. Before billing they have not explained what they are billing and was busy in talking mobile. Because of their irresponsible we lost the protection plan and when we asked to change the billing, they told once billing is done we can't change. If rules is like that they should have explained the bill before billing, but they didn't did that. So we want protection plan for mobile. So please do the reasonable service
