WHILE INVESTIGATING MY SPLIT AC PROBLEM IT WAS FOUND THAT THE PCB WAS FAULTY AFTER WHICH I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE THE PCB I WAS INFORMED THAT ITS NOT AVAILABLE IN GOA AND HAS TO BE SHIPPED AND WILL TAKE 5 DAYS. I CANNOT BELEIVE THAT IN THIS CENTURY WHERE THE GOVERMENT IS STRIVING TOWARDS DIGITISATION AND OUR BIG COMPANY LIKE LG CANNOT KEEP THEIR PRODUCTS PARTS LIKE PCB'S IN GOA,IT IS A 2013 MODEL AND 3 YEARS DOWN I THINK U HAVE TO STOP USING LG PRODUCTS BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THEY STOP STOCKING THEIR SPARES OF 3 YEARS OLDER A/CS..VERY PATHETHIC AND UNRELIABLE THAT I HAVE TO BEAR THE SUMMER HEAT WHEN MY A/C IS GOOD FOR NOTHING WITH A BRAND LABEL OF LG..also after registering a complaint on saturday a technician attended only on wednesday.after which he checks the goa spares stocks and im being informed that the PCB IS NOT AVAILABLE AND HAS TO BE SHIPPED AND WILL TAKE 4 DAYS MORE...VERY SAD AND FRUSTRATING.....MY COMPLAINT NO:RNP170327072927...AND WHEN MY PARTS WERE ORDERED AND EXPECTING STILL FROM LG BRN/HO ACTION
