I HAVE BOUGHT A SPLIT AC FROM JEET ELECTRONIC GUMTI KANPUR.VIDEOCON SPLIT 1.5 TONN MODEL NUMBER VSD53WV2-QDI ON DATE 03.08.16. THERE IS WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM INSIDE AND FROM 01.08.17 THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT ITS MOUTH CLOSE AUTOMATICALLY AND AN INDICATION OF E6 COME AND AC STOPPED ALSO SOME TIME E2.REGARDING THIS I HVE COMPLAINED TO customercare@vgmail.in(01.08.17) AND BY PHONE 052239404040 0N DATE 02.08.17 TWO TIMES HE SAID THAT UR COMPLAINE IS OPEN FROM 31.06.17 WHEN MEN CAME HE WILL SHORT OUT THE PROBLEM .FINALLY I GOT A SERVICE INCHARGE NUMBER 9956084866 .HE SEND A MAN ON 03.08.17 HE SAID THERE IS PROBLEM IN SENSOR TOMORROW I WILL REPLACE IT.BUT NO ONE COME AFTER THAT.NOW I AM CONTACTING BY EMAIL AND PHONE THEY SAID PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED URGENTLY BASIS.I ALSO TRIED DIFFERENT NUMBER BUT NO ONE CAME.
LEAKAGE OF WATER IS RUNNING FROM MANY DAYS TO SOLVE IT 2 TIMES MEN CAME BUT PROBLEM IS STILL ALIVE.
SO IN PEAK SUMMER I AM SUFFERING FROM HEAT. SO PLZ LOOK THE MATTER

    plz take the reference number JGJN028193 regarding problem in split ac.again after coplaining in this site they provide another email.in which i wrote per day .now they said there is gas leakage problem.AFTER TALKING several contacts a man came before 3 days and said ac will go service centre.but 3 days over but no one came to take it.also today a message came from their customer came that ur problem resolved and closed.ye log keval fool bana rehe hi aur kuch bhi positive nhi kr rehe hi.agar is garmi me ye ac sahi nhi kr sakte,to inki service quality poor hi.
