Denying to take complaint regarding mobile battery problem as a service centre of Lenovo.

I purchased a Lenovo K3 Note through flipkart on dated 15th July 2015 vide order No. OD203379820930547800 and received it on 23rd July. Now I have problem in the battery of this mobile as getting total discharged within few minutes and not getting start to recharge for more than 2-3 days. when I searched online the nearby customer care, the official lenovo site shows above address as its Customer Care Number : CCN03679 518 Lenovo Service Center 63 Region : Uttar Pradesh City : Bareilly. When I contact this centre about my problem and send my representative to purchase new battery, the above centre clearly denied to be a part of lenovo customer care.This is total fraud and i bored enough loss of money and tension as well as frustration as my representative had to be return empty handed.
