Snapdeal.com stole away my 25,000 Rs, order of a 10 gm 24kt gold coin

I placed an order of a 10 gm 24kt gold coin worth Rs. 30,000 from Snapdeal.com through e-GV, net banking & freecharge credits. Later the order was cancelled by them saying that it was out of stock. I got my refund of Rs. 4,943 in my bank along with Rs. 57 freecharge credits back in my wallet. But the 25,000 worth gift voucher has not been refunded back to me till now. I have made around 100 calls to their customer care till date, spending over 1,000 Rs on telephone and every time I have been told to be contacted in 48 hours but they never did.

(That gift voucher was my hard earned money, rewarded through a blogging assignment by Indiblogger.com). I was told by team Indiblogger that they have paid Rs. 25,000 in cash to buy that voucher for me but Snapdeal people make me feel every time on call as if I am begging to them. I am bearing huge losses because of their attitude as even gold prices are quite high since then. But at lease, I should be given my Rs. 25,000 GV which is indeed my consumer right! As an online customer of Snapdeal it's my right that I should be given back my hard-earned money that is my FULL refund.
