Refrigerator complaint not responded properly

Dear Team,
We have refrigerator belongs to kingfisher company and its not working for last three days.
The same complained we had given to the salesman of kingfisher company and he has registered the complain (Ntkg230427001).
Even we also called u on toll free customer care number and given the complain number. While having a chat with customer care executive, he promised that by today your complaint will be attended by mechanic but no one attended.
Now also i kept calling customer care but no response even i had a what's up chat too. Their also didn't received positive response.
Since there is no proper service from the company I'm worried as we have another four refrigerator from different liquor companies.
We are waiting for your positive response.
