Product Mobile phone make Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Not Delivered by Shopsubh.com

I had placed online order bearing No 11310 on dtd 12/08/2016 to Shopsubh.com for purchase of One No Mobile phone make Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (16GB) & paid online Rs 8999/- thru paytm . Shopsubh is offering 10% Cash back if payment is made through paytm. Hence I had released payment thru
Paytm.com.

The Product is not delivered till date. On contacting on telephone no. given on site of Shopsubh.com I find that telephone is dead. I had written e mails to shopsubh.com & paytm.com to get the Product delivered or money back but both are not taking any action.

Please look into the matter & arrange for refund please
