Dear Sir,

I have sent many e-mails to you regarding replacement of my defectivecOLC-1080 Ajanta Clock (see below).

My Clock has got warranty up to 2 Jan 23.

It is almost 1 month over. But I did not get any call from Oreva Customer Care or from any reply from Oreva company.

As per Oreva Customer Care, I have spoken to Mehta Agencies & RR Times. But they refuse to take my Clock because I didn't buy from them. I told Oreva Customer about the above problem, but no response from them so far for 1 month.

Please there are many information given in my previous email.

Please solve my problem as soon possible.
