From 18/10/2016 to 13/11/2016 , I was contacted by www.wisemart.in team, contact no-8745039257 and 9015209813 by Mr.Abijit Chauhan / Md.Feroz and his team leader to purchase anything worth Rs.4000+ from their website and I’ then you will win any 1 assured gift free of cost from our website as mentioned below as diwali promotion.
1.Gold Plated Jewellery Set
2.Sony/Samsung Led TV 32inch
3.HP/Dell Laptop
4.Samsung Smart Phone
So I order goods worth Rs.10710.on 26/10/2016 and till date I did not get any response.
I've sent several mail for the dispatch detail but there was none to answer. As per their term and condition of delivery date varies upto 28 days. On 19/11/2016 I've sent 3 SMS to 8745039257 and 9015209813 to send the details or I ve to take necessary action. The next day I got threat call from Mr.Raghuv Gupta using foul language (maaka. benkaa… etc). He also added that his brother is the DSP in Delhi police and he would get me arrested for further troubling them. Neither the customer care( 0120-4340584) Ms. Monica / Puja are forwarding my call to the senior persons. I now doubt that the site is fraud and need your help so that many other might fall in the cone site.

I HAD BEEN FOLLOWING MY MERCHANDISE ORDERED BEFORE DIVALI IES.23/10/2016.
I MADE SEVERAL COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONIC THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.
YESTERDAY IE., I've TEXTED 3 MESSAGES TO 90152-09813/8745-039257 REPORTING MY AGONY FOR THE ORDERS. I VE ORDER A MOBILE PHONE AND THE GIFT ASSURED GIFT WAS A GOLD PLATTED JEWELER SET WORTH RS.22000/-. AND MY SECOND ORDER WAS A MICROWAVE OVEN AND THE GIFT ASSURED WAS A 32”LCD TV.
TODAY MORNING I GOT 3 CALLS WHICH I MISSED TO ATTEND AND I DID REVERT BACK TO HEAR MR. RAGHUV GUPTA USING FOUL LANGUAGE IN HINDI (MAA…K.. BEHEN…K.. .. ETC). THEN HE SAID HIS BROTHER IS THE DIG OF DELHI GOVT. AND WITHIN A DAY OR TWO THEY WOULD TEACH ME A LESSON.

KINDLY NOTE ITS ALMOST 4 WEEKS AS PER THE WEB SITE ADVISE FOR THE DELIVERY DATE.
SECONDLY IF YOU COMPANY IS HAVING ITS HR TEAM, THEN KINDLY CHECK THE MESSAGE OF 90152-09813/8745-039257 SENT BY ME.




I've also cash deposited in their a/c201000519253, ifsc code: 0000563, INDUSIND BANK, NODIA SEC 48. and they are not taking my calls/ mails.
I asked them to deliver the goods or refund the amount.5000/ + online tressaction for 5710

Kindly help recover my of Rs.10710/- I wonder i am not the only person to going through this agony from this particular website.
