Not Installing And ERP asking Rs 400 extra

Installation man asked Rs 400 in his paytm.. Installation fee Rs 400 is not in website then why should i pay..?? I didnt paid and he left without installing.. Many times complained Yesterday.. Excitel sales team told me they will fix this issue in 24 hrs.. I have Call Recordings of Customer Care Executives.. I already paid Rs 2000 Security Amount.. Excitel Regional Partner are their partners.. Man who asked me Rs 400.. His name is Shivam.. His Phone No. is 9871872110.. He is in charge of this area Gaur city, Greater noida.. I have his call recording.. I need wifi installation.. i have my bank statement.. i already paid to company Rs 2000.. they are cheating there customers.. they are not helping me.. complained many times
