MONEY DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT BUT NOT SUBMITTED TO RECEIVER'S ACCOUNT

I HAVE SENT Rs. 1000/- TO MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT ON 27 DEC 2016 VIDE TRANSACTION ID - 4986780137. HOWEVER, THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT RECEIVED BY MY WIFE. I HAVE TRIED COMPLAINING ON PAYTM WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION/ RESPONSE INITIATED. PLEASE HELP AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON THE ISSUE.
