Harassment by illogical calculation of tax, commercial property tax

Two notices ( notice number 13992 &1393) were delivered to me. As per these notice we were supposed to visit MCD office Ashok Nagar by 22/10 but these were delivered on 23/10. As per these notice if we failed to supply sufficient document we have to pay commercial property tax for my two shops since 2004.I went to MCD office and provided document to show that I bought these shops on Dec 2015 and the people who sold it bought a vacant plot of 280sqyd on 22/08/2014 and constructed a building on it. These two shops are part of this 280sqyd plot but no one listens. Total area of these two shops is appox 27sqmt however the total area of the plot where these are constructed is 280sqyd. Person whom I contacted in MCD office said that from 2004 till 2014 I have to pay tax for 280sqyd plot and after that till date I have to pay commercial property tax for 27sqmt shop.I told him that I don't have 280sqyd plot. I don't know how but then he come out with amount of 37000rs. I went twice there to sort out this but it doesn't prove fruit full.
Today we received two more notices and these notices are absolutely incorrect
and sent to harass. As per these notices I never approach MCD but that not right. I went to MCD office twice. I have written about this issue several times but got no response. As per these notices I have to pay tax of RS 109860. This is an act of harassment. I am shouting my lungs out but no one listens and now a false
allegation has been made that I didn't approach MCD. I have got sufficient proof to prove it wrong. Please look into it and help me.
It's more than two months I am trying to find out the exact amount I can pay to settle this issue but got no joy.
