Balance deducted but Recharge not done

Dear sir/Mam,

I am a user of TalkCharge(https://www.talkcharge.com/) website, but before 1 days ago I recharged with 110Rs on my Vodafone number. Balance has been deducted from may wallet but recharge was failure. I mailed many times but the are not replying. Kindly Help me. I am always thankful to waiting for your reply..
