Goibibo not amending my hotel booking

i had booked hotel 16th march, travel date 15th night hotel. cost of 2 person is equal to cost of 4person as booked on 16th march. similar kind of booking made on 14th april stay in same hotel.
i asked to amend number of person to 4,Goibibo is charging is extra. similar confirmation by given by Goibio executive that 2 and 4person cost is same on call on 17th march. now price difference for extra booking and charging me extra. while booking no such price difference shown. i raised issue with Goibibo, since 10 days of now they are not resolving. image upload failing.
