On 10.02.2023 I lodged a complaint over phone no. and I got the message that the complaint is registered under regn No.2773949 with stovekraft support team

From the day on wards I waiting for the mechanic but no such thing is happened till now

Again I requested over phone to repair the same on 13.02.2023 but till now not repaired.

Please send the mechanic immediately or replace the stove with new one.
