Delivered defective product and not to refund

I buy watch from flipkart on 2nd March 2021 and they delivered defective watch its not working from the time of arrival so I requested to return and ask for refund but still the product not take return and refund my money regarding this complaint I called flipkart customer care several times even they not responding me properly and still I dint get refund
