Foodanda Thieves not refunded

I ordered food worth rs 450.( discount of 300) . They said that my order is confirm by restaurant and order again. When I try to order again they are asking more money. And previous 150 rs is not refunded yet. Tried to call them , but not responding on call. I am waiting on live chat but their employees escaped from chat without helping. I request you kindly help me out.
