RES. SIR,

THIS IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION THAT WE HAD PURCHASED FITNESS BELT ON 23/01/2018 against order no44173587 & invoice no 862L000508418 dated 23/01/2018 for Rs 999.00 and belt was in bad condition and on 24th we had requested them to replace the same but till time not replaced even so many times float mails them and called so many times but no result, and interested to lodge the compalaint.

So please lodge my complaint and take action against this firm to cheat with consumer.
