Defective Motor Pump

Sir, I Have purchased Usha Motor Pump 1.0 HP. The product is under warranty and to be repaired. I lodged a complaint with customer care on 17.08.2020 having complaint number CC2008171385. The mechanic comes to me and collect the product for repair. The product is still with mechanic which is not reinstalled. The construction work is under process for watering is very essential. But, till date the motor is not installed even after repeated reminders due to which I am suffering a lot. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
