PRINTER L-380 IS NOT WORKING. RED LIGHT OF INK AND PAPER IS ON BUT PAPER AND INK WAS LOADED AND TRY TO PUSH THE BUTTON ALSO BUT NOT WORKING . ALL TRY THE COMPUTER SAYS "THE INK PAD IS AT THE END OF ITS SERVIES LIFE . PLEASE CONTACT EPSON SUPPORT"
