Horrible , Pathetic , useless -- Don't know what to say , I am having connection issues for couple of weeks now.
These guys close the incident without resolving the problem .
I took broadband so that I can do work from home but here i end up connecting to my Airtel Connection because this network never works. and there customer care is also horrible, firstly they will not reply to your emails and secondly they don't care whether your problem is fixed or not they will simple close the incident.
This is leading me with getting escalations from my job , due to poor connect i cannot take calls from my laptop and had to use my person phone to make calls .
The money which i have put in as a harassment money , because i keep on wasting my time and effort in checking the connections.
