I made a purchase of smart phone on 09/02/2016 through online on WWW.EBAY.IN the details are-
1.Product-Micromax canvas nitro A311 mobile
2.Product ID on www.ebay.in-111900152685
3.PaisaPay ID-41862530312
4.DATE OF PURCHASE-09 FEB 2016
5.Mood of payment-MOBIKWIK WALLET
6.Product price on ebay.in-6800
7.Paid amount-6256 after discount
After placing this order my EBAY.IN account was hacked by SELLER and immediatly i called up to ebay customer service.my order satus was updated as DELIVERED just after 2 hours of placing order,also i got to know that EBAY SELLER is being suspended.To get back my account ownership i had to gone through so many calls with proof.finally on 16/03/2016 i received a mail from EBAY.COM about unauthorised used of my account & i got back ownership of my account.This case was taking care by a EBAY.IN customer executive Ms.Hansella from AHAMEDABAD branch call centre.Now its being more than 4-5 months and ebay.in didn't returened my money. seller was suspended,my account was misused and product was not dispatched/delivered.too much of harrasment i had from ebay.in.i made so many calls to their MUMBAI GRIVANCE CELL NO.-02261248150 but nobody picks up or drop the call after receiving.last update i had before 1 month that case is under investigation.recetly they have blocked my ebay.in account.so far no resolution provided to me and they have my money which they suppose to return in original mood of payment.i tried to add images of emails but could not due to upload fail.
