Amazon refund Pending Since 6 Months

i had purchased a money clip from amazon.in on 7th Sep-15 under the Order Id: 40388522029785915.
i had applied for the return and refund of the item and successfully returned the item to the seller on the given address given to my by amazon.in through DTDC Couriers under Tracking Id: M24371563 and the item was recieved by the seller on 24th Oct-15.
Since then even on my repetitive calls and complaints to the amazon.in Customer care regarding my refund and was given assurance of a prompt reply and return in 1 weeks time.
No action has been taken from their side.
i request you to take strict action against their corresponding team for the prolonged delay in taking action on the return.
thus harassing the customer for such a long time despite of being given an assurance.
