Dear sir
my self varun sharma , i am using SBI credit card on 2-nov-2015 there is some amount approx. 12000 rs. is Withdrawal by my SBI cr. card throw the ATM. on bandikui.
but on that time i was in my place new Delhi and i have my cr card.the amount was not withdrawal by my Cr. Card
i was complaint it to SBI customer care but they were send me some Atm slip and saying its withdrawal by me.
if possible so please help me to collect my money back by a bank.
bank charge 12000+ tax+ cash withdrawal charge
