SBI card - Wrong amount charged, applied for SBI home loan

This is to inform you that I have surrender the SBI card no4006661018752704, A/c No 4006661013950311in in the year 2001 after settling all dues. From 2011 I started to receive calls about outstanding to my credit card. I keep on asking about the detail of outstanding amount and there was no response. It was told by the caller that you have to pay the outstanding amount without having the detail.
In 2016 I applied for SBI home loan and then came to know from CIBIL that SBI card has forwarded Rs 11239 as outstanding. I was forced to make this payment to SBI card to avail the loan.
This unjustified at SBI card end not to produce the detail to customer and that to put in record in CIBIL.
I request SBI card to do the detail investigation and return back the amount.
