Overcharging on the Card Usage

Credit Card Complaint Complaint Date: June 16, 2016
The ticket was purchased from Credit card from IRTCT and usage charges of Rs 840 were charged by Hdfc Bank to me

Due to some reason the transaction was unsuccessful and complete amount was refunded by IRCTC but the Rs 840 charged by bank are not refunded

The charges were on the transaction which was cancelled therefore the charges must be refunded

This is pending after long discussion with bank
