Regarding for SBI Card payment problem my payment

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using SBI credit card since March 2016 and i was purchased mobile through sbi emi. July month 1 have some personal problem my payment is delay 2 to 3 days after that i pay 7102 RS after that i got 1 more statement regarding for payment. you have to pay 10000 rs immediately,then i mailed to customer care 3 time but they failed to give me proper reply then i have contact to nodel office and she replied me pay 5590, i ask the question why i have to pay 5590 because my emi is 2633.31 per month but i didn't get any reply and i pay 5590 Rs on 13th, today again they cut 3586 through auto debit.
