Online fraud from sbi credit card

Credit Card Complaint Complaint Date: October 14, 2020
A fraud of Rs.-9974 and 9984 made by my SBI credit card in favour of freecharge on dated 07 October 2020.
I want to tell to freecharge tec to refund Rs.-19958/- amount in my credit card immediately.
I have mobile number from which number fraud made.And I informed bank about fraud immediately on dated 07/10/2020
