Money debited thru teno application and payu gateway still not reversed after 15dayz no response

I swipe my axis credit card they teno application and payu gateway on 20th August 2023. They charge 1100rs for that transaction. now teno application has neither credited that amount to my account nor reversed that amount to my credit card account. Now they are not responding to this matter.

I was depending all my emis and customer payment on that amount but I lost my reputation and CIBIL too. My bp increase to the dangerous level of because of it. I am facing so much mental harrasment because of this. They charged 1200 approx of this charged secondly credit card intrest also started. I am a very small single mother and facing such issues. This is a very big amount for me
Please help me to get this back and charge them for kept hold payment more than 12 dayz.
