HDFC Bank Payment of Credit Card, not renewed this policy and no any purchase has been done

Dear Sir,
This is for your information that I was opened a saving account with HDFC Bank approx 10 years back. After that due to my account performance bank has issued me a credit card No. Ending 9631. After sometime bank has issued me a mediclaim policy for one year. Then I have not renewed this policy and no any purchase has been done by me against this card. The Bank has sent me a executive for collection of the payment of this card 5-6 years back, saying that this is your full and finaI payment, I have given him a sum of Rs. 3,000/- in cash. After that bank has deducted an amount near about Rs. 8,000/- from my saving bank account. Now Bank again demand Rs. 11,000 – 12,000/-, from me which is not a justice. Now I am unable to pay the amount, therefore, your goodself is requested to kindly look in the matter and give me the justice and arrange to refund the amount, which is charged excess against this card
