I have redemeded points award on my HDFC credit card but the delivered item is not as per order:

Order is given for Welspun Home essential Hard Towel Set of 6 pieces,But delivired item is
CORE

delivery challan number HD3361775 dt.28.06.19 (order no.27021905195_001)and description in delivery chalan is welspun Home essential Hard Towel Set of 6 pieces.
item recd. on 07.03.19

On towel their is not mentioned the brand name welspun and the towels look very rough.it seems that towels sent to me are not welspun brand.

Pl. look the matter and clarify.
