harassment by collection agency

Credit Card Complaint Complaint Date: March 29, 2016
for credit card payment collection, this agency is calling from bhubaneswar to various people in the locality and misbehaving with them and talking in foul language even when they are not authorized to call other than the credit card holder. Call are being made beyond office hours i.e. early mornings, late evening, sundays, holidays. Now the agency is threatening each and every one they are calling. Not even the ladies who picks the phone. They have made our life terrible.
