Google Telepathic complaint about wrongly Deduction of amount 990

I am having LIC CR.CARD since last 6 yrs.
An amount of Rs 990 is being debited since last 2 months under google telepathic service charges.
I had never applied for this kind of service to Google in past.
Kindly guide..to stop this.fraud.
