Had offered job for credit card, we had asked clearly whether there will be any charges like joining fee and annual fee or any other charges But the card agent told me clearly that no charges would be levied and even after that they called for card upgrade, even then I asked if there would be any charges for it, then even then I was told that no charges would be levied, but after that I was charged 2000 rupees in the name of joining fee and nothing happened even after complaining, they avoided saying that you did not receive the call and informed you from our side but we were not given any information.now I am going to consumer court for this fraud...and I am requesting to you I want my credit card account close
