Debited renewal amount from my credit card with my knowledge

This is with reference to HDFC bank credit card number: 4893XXXXXX9098 , please be informed that HDFC bank had shared my credit card and contact details with One Assist without my consent and one assist activated the services on my card without my approval in 2015. Hence, I had contacted One Assist and requested to cancel the services and they confirmed me that they have deactivated the service. However, One assist has debited INR 1299 from my credit card second consecutive year without my knowledge and approval. Therefore, I request HDFC bank to follow up with One assist to reverse the debited amount into my credit card. Also, I am seeking INR 500000 compensation form One Assist for unethical behaviour. Thanks.
