Credit Card Complaint Complaint Date: January 24, 2020
I have applied credit card of sbi bank since 1 year . But sbi has not delivered my credit card and charged outstanding payment . Ihad informed to customer care on calls and mail but still issue not resolved and i have receive continually calls from customer care for payment .
Last 15 day ago i recieved the call from customer care executive and ask one question that where i am pay outstanding payment then exicutive said me that u pay our personal account and your credit score are increase .
Last year my credit score was 8.50 but still my score is 3.20
I need resolution .
