Credit card EMI conversion for MacBook purchase

I have purchased MacBook on 14Feb, 2021 from croma, Royal Meenakshi mall. The payment was done by HDFC credit card with EMi. I come to know bank that it was not converted to EMI. I got penalty 2 times and I have taken loan of 110000 at interest rate of 17.92 because croma people mistake.
