Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings. with due respect I want to say that my name is Dipti Srivastava and I am caring one credit card from last one year but FROM the month of March to May 16 ,,I havE faced so many difficulty like despite of timely payment against my credit card :

1 I have informed customer care that I hav return the product which I took from Amazon despite of provide information to Customer care but they did not care n include that amount in my card statement and convert that amount into EMI for that amount for which I have informed and mail same thing. 2.i request for correct calculations in statemeant but axis bank credit card did not provide correct card statement (with correct EMI details. & debit credit details. 3 I have follow up customer care from mar to may 16 but no positive & relevant response I get

4.asper calculations my credit card statement is wrong for March April may 2016. despit of issue they have gain issue wrong statmeant in may 2016 .
So pls do needful
